Biography

Majoring in theater at Connecticut College and training at the National Theatre Institute, Scott went on to work in numerous theater productions, television commercials and TV series. Scott Lowell has appeared onstage in “The Creation of the World and Other Business”, “Orwell Down and Out”, “Jacques and His Master”, “Much Ado About Nothing”  and “Laughter on the 23rd Floor”. He has also done ads for Nike, Subway, Lexus and Budweiser, and had appearances  in several  TV shows such as “Heroes”, “American Dad”, “The Defenders”, “Bones” and others. He is best known for his role of Ted Schmidt in the Showtime television drama series “Queer As Folk”.
